SONAR System
The SONAR System is the backbone of my work — a gentle, five‑step rhythm that helps you settle, orient, notice, allow, and return. It’s how we move through sessions together, no matter what you bring into the space.
Private Sessions
You’ve spent so much of your life trying to fix yourself — chasing calm, chasing clarity, chasing the version of you that feels “better.” But what if you were never broken? We follow the SONAR System at your pace, giving your nervous system room to unwind and recalibrate. I build a relationship with you and hold space for you to heal. You build a relationship with yourself. To breathe your way home — one breath at a time without pressure or judgment. This can unfold in a number of ways, and each session meets you where you are.
venting and letting things out
sitting together in silence
talking through a decision
grounding or breathing techniques
gentle somatic awareness
mindful conversation
Private sessions are an invitation to live from your true identity — naturally, softly, and without effort. These experiences are very different from group sessions. You will learn to communicate from the place of stillness that we cultivate together— to actually live what you learn.
Group Sessions — A Shared Shift
Group sessions are a space to settle into yourself while being held in gentle community. You don’t have to show up perfect, polished, or prepared — you simply arrive as you are. There is a moment in group sessions when the room softens — when the collective energy shifts from “holding it all together” to simply being. This is the shift;
People in shared meditation often experience co‑regulation, where nervous systems settle together.
Breathing rhythms can synchronize— a natural process called entrainment.
Heartrate variability patterns can become more ordered— a state known as coherence.
The room “softening” is a real, observable phenomenon.
Group sessions are an invitation to heal in community — gently, naturally, and without pressure. These experiences move differently than private sessions. You learn to settle into shared presence, to regulate through connection, and to feel your own healing reflected in others. In group work, you don’t have to carry everything alone. You soften together, breathe together, and return to yourself together.
