I offer gentle, grounding mindfulness sessions and practical advice designed to support nervous‑system regulation, emotional steadiness, and inner calm. As a certified meditation teacher, I guide somatic‑based practices that blend breathwork, intuitive grounding, and spacious awareness in a warm, accessible way. No experience needed — just come as you are.

Group Sessions

$20 per person · 30-45 minutes

  • A soft, community‑centered experience.  

  • We begin with a brief settling, move into a 25–30 minute guided relaxation, and close with gentle integration.  

  • Perfect for small groups, gatherings, or community circles.  

  • Bring your own mat or pillow unless the space provides them (this info will be provided in event-specific listing)

Private 1:1 Sessions

$40 · 30-45 minutes

  • A personalized, attuned experience tailored to your energy and needs that day.  

  • Includes a short check‑in, a customized guidance session, and a few minutes of grounding integration.  

  • Ideal for deep rest, clarity, or nervous‑system support.

  • Available in person or via Zoom, $20 for 30 minute session.
